We will be staying at 3317 Hwy 94 North in St. Charles City. Hallelujah we have worked it out with the owners to be able to stay. We will be working to gain generous monthly supporters to help with this ministry.
The Postal workers food drive will be Saturday May 13th. New Hope Fellowship Church parking lot will be used as the staging area for sorting and boxing items collected from the food drive. First of all I would like to thank Craig Cheatham, from KMOV and Rebecca Wu from KSDK for doing the story on New Hope Food Pantry Outreach. I need to also thank Thom and Jeff, and George from Emiss Communications for inviting us to be a guest on their radio shows. Today is April 13th, 2006 so far this is what has transpired....... The owners of the building have put a "for rent" signs in our windows.. and we have had just under a thousand dollars come in through the mail. so we are still at the waiting to get enough to present to the storage area and Mr. Meyer and Mr. Cody for the rent at 3317 Hwy 94 North. 16 years ago when New Hope started, it actually begin from our kitchen. Mike and I were working with AA and just trying to help people get back on  their feet. Somehow other agencies heard about us and began to refer clients to us! So what we thought was to be helping a few people personally became an outreach that covers 9 counties in MO and 2 in IL. The thing I want most out of all of this is to be able to keep my faith intact, and truly believe in my heart that it has all been a call and a plan of God's! Not of our making. I want to also thank our very good friends Bob and Sandy who have for several years now provided this web site for us. I have to admit for several years, I have wondered why we had it! But perhaps this will go out there into cyber space to someone whom God has been speaking to and it will all make better sense to me at that time. My promise to you reading this is I will try my best to give a daily update so all of you will know what is happening. Thankfully Serving HIM
